A jealous lovers dream.

A Jealous Lover's Dream by Davis Owomugisha K.
Last night, I had the strangest experience that I must share with you all. It was one of those moments that felt all too real but turned out to be nothing but a figment of my imagination. Let me take you on a journey through this bizarre dream of mine.

It all started with a phone call from a woman I am deeply in love with. She asked me to come over to her place, but when I arrived, it wasn't her real home. Instead, it was a house I had never seen before. To make things worse, she wasn't alone. There was a man with her, someone I had never met. They seemed too comfortable with each other, and they were measuring furniture together like they were an old married couple.

Trying to hide my growing jealousy, I joined them in measuring the furniture. However, it didn't take long for suspicion to creep into my mind. The way they interacted made it clear that these two had known each other for a long time. Unable to bear it any longer, I decided to leave without saying a word. My heart was pounding with anger and jealousy.

As soon as I walked out, my phone rang. It was her, calling to apologize. She begged me to listen, but I was too furious. I threatened to tell her marital husband about her secret rendezvous. She kept apologizing, insisting that she loved me, but I refused to listen. I started crying on the phone, pouring out my love for her while still hurling abuses. She took it all in stride, apologizing over and over, but I wouldn't forgive her.

In my rage and confusion, I found myself wandering into another house. This time, it was the home of another girl I loved. She was incredibly romantic and was trying her best to please her boyfriend. I watched as her boyfriend entered the room, looking completely uninterested in her advances. The girl, however, was determined. She started romancing him right in front of me. My blood boiled with jealousy. It's not easy to see someone you love being intimate with another person.

Suddenly, I woke up. My heart was racing, and I was drenched in sweat. It took me a few moments to realize that it had all been a dream. The relief washed over me like a tidal wave. It was just a dream! None of it was real.

As I sat up in bed, I couldn't help but laugh at how ridiculous the whole thing was. Here I was, getting jealous over imaginary scenarios and dreaming up wild stories. It's funny how our minds can play such elaborate tricks on us. I guess I should thank my overactive imagination for giving me such an entertaining, albeit stressful, night.

So, my dear friends, if you ever find yourself caught up in a whirlwind of jealousy and confusion, just remember: sometimes, it's all just a dream. And in the end, it's better to laugh it off than to let it ruin your day.
