Kabale Diocese is excited to bring you the latest updates on the grand inauguration of St. Ignatius University Kabale, a milestone event set to take place on Saturday, August 24, 2024, at the university grounds in Kabale. This historic occasion will also witness the installation of the university's first Chancellor. We are honored to announce that Her Excellency, the Vice President of Uganda, Jessica Alupo, will grace the event as the Chief Guest.

Breaking News: High Court Issues Interim Order in Miss Tourism Kigezi Legal Dispute By Davis Owomugisha Kanzikwera  Rukungiri, Uganda - June 14, 2024 The High Court of Uganda at Rukungiri has issued an interim order in the ongoing legal dispute between Miss Tourism Kigezi Initiative Ltd and Miss Tourism Uganda - Pearl of Africa and Ms. Zakia Lucky. The order, delivered today by Her Worship Oliver Nantamu, Acting Assistant Registrar, restrains the defendants from infringing on the plaintiff's trademark and conducting a competing beauty pageant.
